The Japanese in the 60s were utterly mad! And this Splendor kinda proves it. She’s is a Teisco-made instrument sold under the ‘Splendor’ brand name, and has a German Carve on the front of the body, giving a cool, unique profile. The twang bar is a delight with it’s knurled chrome adjuster bolt, the pickups twang, she has very playable action, eye-catching 5 way binding on the body, and a ridiculous faux-Tortoise pickguard. She’s a bit beat up with some finish missing here & there, but it IS an old guitar, after all. All original except for the missing switch tip.
